About Chef Kasz
Chef Kasz was born in Mexico City and raised in Guerrero, where his connection to food began early in his family's kitchen and neighborhood street markets. Those early memories planted the first seeds of his appreciation for bold, authentic flavors and the joy of sharing food with others.
Life eventually led him to Los Angeles, where he spent nearly two decades working in professional kitchens. Starting as a dishwasher and working his way up through the ranks, Chef Kasz learned the craft through experience, long hours, and the guidance of mentor chefs who recognized his dedication and took him under their wings. Over the years he refined his skills in some of the city’s most respected restaurants, eventually becoming a pasta chef on a Michelin star earning team, a milestone that reflects not only years of hard work but also the influence of the chefs who helped shape his passion for cooking with intention and care.

Today, Chef Kasz brings that experience directly to the table through private dining experiences designed around flavor, instinct, and hospitality. His cooking is guided by intuition and an appreciation for exceptional ingredients. Drawing from decades of hands-on kitchen experience and global culinary influences, he creates menus that feel generous, satisfying, and deeply personal.
